What we added:

• We added a Invoice template that represents the Invoice with script but without the scipt.

Fixes        

• We made changes to ensure that the patients payment terms is used by default.
• On fixed the issue where the Patient is not on the Invoice - Normal template
• Fixed the issue of the last exam date not updating
