For many years I have been presenting business courses to optometrists. There are many optometrists who tend to abdicate from the financial management of the practice.  There appears to be a firm belief that someone else must take care of the business side of things. My core message in these courses had always been, that you must have the right information in the right format at the right time, which will turn the task of financial management into a simple matter. The accounting module

Because Humint O has an integrated accounting system, there is no need to run accounts on a separate software package such as Pastel. Provided a monthly stock take is done, accurate management accounts are only a click away. The stock take can be hugely simplified by barcoding the stock items and using a bar code scanner to do the count.
