If you take money, My Till is your own session: you open it at the start of your shift, it collects the payments you take, and you cash up at the end.

Opening. Count the float, type it in and press open. The portal records the session against you, so the takings on it are yours and not the whole counter's.

Closing. Count the drawer and enter what is actually there, per payment method. The portal shows what it expected and the difference, so a short or over drawer is visible while you are still standing at it rather than the next morning.

Two things worth knowing: the portal never closes anybody else's session — if you cannot open one, it is because you already have one open, so find it under your sessions and close it. And each person's till is separate: two people on one counter each open their own.
