About Humint
Humint is the leader in Online Optometry Software for South Africa.
It took four years to develop Humint , involving all the phases: Pre-alpha, Alpha, Beta, Release Candidate, and Stable. Humint was originally operational within a selected group of users for two years and is classified as stable.
Humint has an office in Johannesburg with a team of highly efficient “Butlers” who provide training country-wide. As an online system, it is like having a Butler in your practice for a quick response to questions.

Terence Faul
Founder
Humint was developed by Terence Faul, a graduate in accounting and IT, with a wealth of experience in the eye care industry. He has been the managing director of the robust Total Optometric Management System (TOMS) for over twenty years.
Phillip Venter
Development/Technical
Phillip Venter is the Operations Manager and has been involved with the development of Humint in all aspects from the grassroots level.

Client relations/new contracts
