Fees / Miscellaneous covers consultations, sundries, anything that is not spectacles. Press + Add Line, then start typing a product name or code and choose it from the list. The price comes from the practice's price list automatically — you can type over it if you are charging something different. Quantity and discount are yours to set. The ICD code is taken from the product, so there is nothing to choose.

Dispensing Sheet is the spectacles themselves. At the top, Fitting Details lists each pair being dispensed — one line for every Final RX row you ticked Disp. on. Below it, the dispensing lines are grouped one section per pair, each with its own total, so you can see what a pair costs without adding it up yourself.

Building the pair. Press Fitting on the pair you are working on; your examination is saved first. Then work down the screen:

1. Lens Material first. It decides which lenses and add-ons can be chosen, so nothing sensible appears until it is set.
2. Lens Type OD and Lens Type OS — two products per eye: the lens itself (a BS code, for example 81BS001 for single vision or 84BS001 for bifocal) and its design fee (for example 84HY001 or 81EL001).
3. Add-ons — as many as you need, usually codes from 87 to 89.
4. Frame — search for it, or tick Own frame if the patient brought their own.
5. Copy the right eye's lens type and add-ons to the left, for the usual case where both eyes get the same.

Press Save fitting details. The dispensing lines are built from that recipe and priced off the dispensing price list. If something cannot be dispensed the portal says so plainly at the top; your work stays on the screen, fix the one thing it names and save again.
